Our first show for the year will bring you four Australian premieres, with some of our most loved friends, overseas and locally, accompanying us in an intimate performance setting. Jessica Fontinas (harp) will be joining us from Germany, along with Tanya Vincent (flute) who has been a resident performers with Forest Collective for the past 5 years.

 

Pieces will include Starlight by Johanna Selleck, the Australian premiere of Vessel by US composer Caroline Louise Miller performed by Stephanie Arnold (recently returned from her studies in Germany), Mad Canary by UK composer Marc Yates (Australian Premiere), Revenants by US composer Max Erwin (Australian Premiere), Ravel Sonatine arranged for  Flute, Harp, Cello by Carlos Salzedo and In the Red Fire of Passion (Australian Premiere) by Forest Collective’s own Evan Lawson sung with great gusto by Rosemary Ball.

 

This performance will also feature dynamic new fabrics and designs from Melbourne based designer KNK.
